"We used Atlantic Catering for our October 24, 2008 wedding at the American Visionary Arts Museum. We worked with Raoul and could not have been more pleased. He truly took care of our every need during the planning process; and then during our wedding he was literally everywhere. Raoul was extremely patient with the numerous emails and phone calls that occurred during our planning, he was always prompt to respond and his follow through was flawless! Our guests not only raved about the food, but about the quality of service from Raoul and his staff. While we were working with Raoul we truly felt that everything was in excellent hands- he was like a day of coordinator making sure every detail (from the personalized cocktail napkins, to the candy buffet, to the signature drink) was just perfect. "We had a great experience with Atlantic. From the beginning they were honest, friendly, and everyone was easy to do business with. Everyone from the owner to the assistants were available to us. This was an excellent value for the money. Not only did they provide great food, but they also handled rentals, the cake, and day of management. Our manager, Kristin, was also part wedding planner and made everything easy for us. She coordinated with all of our other vendors and made sure that the event went smoothly. I gave her all of my ceremony and reception extras the week before and everything was perfectly in place for us when we arrived. She also went above and beyond by going to at least half a dozen stores to find challah especially for our wedding. The only negative I might mention was that the filet mignon was well done even though we had requested it medium. However, as we only made that request a few days before, I think that is more than forgiveable. We got many compilments on the appetizers, and the crab cakes. From the guest perspective I would say that Atlantic is a 9; from the bride perspective, absolutely a 10. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. "

"Atlantic Catering was great. The cake is included and comes from sugar bakers. They match your florist's flowers for the cocktail tables and the sweetheart table. Their services include table linens and if you want specialty linens (like chair covers) they are available at extra costs. They provided vegetarian and other special meals at no additional costs. A+ + vendor to work with. Heavily recommend. Ours was $55 per person including coctail hour D'oeuvres, name brand alcohol drinks, chicken "chesapeake", cake, salad, and glassware."
